Diamond Addresses House Foreclosure Rumors

The former Crime Mob emcee says that her house did go into forclosure, but that it was a business decision.
This past Sunday, DX reported that Lil' Scrappy and former Crime Mob rapper Diamond's homes had reportedly gone into foreclosure. Now, in an exclusive interview with XXLMag.com, Diamond says that one of her houses did in fact go into foreclosure, but that it was a business decision.
"It was a business decision, plain and simple," she said. "I bought that house in ’02. It was a house I did live in at the time for about a year. But then I got into other rental properties and flipping my money and moved out of that house. The recession hit and the real estate market was not doing what it was supposed to do, so instead of selling it, I rented it out. Then the rental market slowed down, too. So I asked myself, 'Should I keep this house when no one is buying it or renting it?’ If I can’t sell it, recoup my money or have anyone rent out the property, then why would I keep it? So I decided to let it go to foreclosure last year." (XXLMag.com)
She added, "People do it all the time. Donald Trump does it. If a person can’t understand that, then they’re stupid." (XXLMag.com)
Ironically, Diamond - whose current single "Lotta Dough" was recently remixed by Young Dro, Dorrough, Slim Thug, Twista and Trina - says that not only does not live in the residence in question, but that it actually went into foreclosure long before the information broke that it had this past weekend.
"It’s kind of funny that this is coming out now because I let the house go to foreclosure a long time ago," she explained. "I guess with the courts and it finally going on the market, all of this is just now coming out. I’ve upgraded my place of residence four times since that first house. I don’t want to say where I live now, but I want my fans to know that I own the house that I live in now." (XXLMag.com)
Diamond is currently preparing the release of her new mixtape Cocaine Waitress, due out this December 30.

Meet Alexander Hernandez and Santos Padilla. They were both arrested this morning on burglary charges at 50 Cent’s mansion in Farmington, Connecticut. According to TMZ, a security guard spotted a suspicious vehicle in the drive-way before Hernandez was found inside a closet in the crib drinking a bottle of wine. Both were found in possession of weed and held on a $50k bond. Definitely not the way to rob an industry nigga.

Def Jam Records co-founder and Hip Hop mogul Russell Simmons is soon to be publishing his third book. On January 4, 2011, Gotham Books will release Super Rich: A Guide To Having It All by Simmons and Chris Morrow.
“The ultimate state of being rich is to honestly be in a state of needing nothing. To need nothing is to be super rich,” said Simmons in a statement about the book. At different points in his career, Simmons has had an estimated worth ranging between 100 and 300 million dollars.
In 2002, Simmons released his first memoir, Life & Def. Five years later, the mogul, who now owns Hip Hop website GlobalGrind.com, released a 12-step self-empowerment book called Do You!

An alleged Nicki Minaj sex tape is on its way, and the emcee says she'll be on Lil Wayne's new single.
Months of speculation regarding a possible Nicki Minaj sex tape have culminated in a leaked photo which would seem to indicate that one will be hitting the internet soon.
A mediatakeout.com report, which shows the suggestive photo, has already been dismissed by many fans, who believe the photo is from another, unrelated pornographic film that does not feature Minaj.
There has been no word from Nicki's camp regarding the video thus far.
In other news, the Young Money emcee plans to get on (presumably) a remix of Lil Wayne's latest single, "6'7."

Former Cash Money artist Magnolia Shorty was found dead earlier today after being shot 26 times.
Former Cash Money Records artist Magnolia Shorty, né Renetta Lowe, was recently shot and killed in her native New Orleans neighborhood.
Although few details have been revealed as of yet, AllHipHop revealed that the 28-year-old rapper was found shot 26 times in a New Orleans housing projects. Q93.3 FM's DJ Wild Wayne broke the story earlier this afternoon following wild speculation on Twitter.
"If y'all haven't heard, Magnolia Shorty was killed today," he said over the airwaves. "I'm just astonished. I need to get my head together for a minute." (Spinner.com)

The difference between a thug and a gangsta
The difference betweeen a thug and a gangsta. hmm..lets see....ok ..let me break it down to you.You`re probably wondering "arent they the same thing when u break it down? "..well heres your answer..NO! a thug is someone who lives for negative activity with no purpose or objective behind it. This genre of people get into altercations just to create a bad boy / bigger than life image , living in a world that isn`t realistic. A thug is easily influenced by others because he has no guidance, no sense of direction, no understanding of himself or life.. a thug will sell his soul to the devil just to be recognized , to be seen,to be heard, to be praised. These are the type of people to start problems just for the sake of having "beef".Thugs have little to no respect or no consideration for the people they`re amongst.....feel me??? But gangstas..... let me tell you what a "gangsta" is.....a gangsta is a gentlemen before hes a troublemaker.A gangsta is someone who resorts to violence only when his hand his forced to use that type of aggression. A gangsta will knock yo ass out before he goes to get a weapon. A gangsta has respect for women/children/elders etc.and the people that`s been there before him. A gangsta has an agenda and purpose in every thing he does, nothing is done aimlessly..He`s respected by those around him without ever having to perform pointless acts, his demeanor speaks volumes without a word ever being uttered. You`ll never catch his pants hanging off his ass,or catch him talking to loud bringing unwanted attention his way. Very rarely will you catch him mingling with people not of his calibur. And last but not least ...gangstas dont start shit "THEY HANDLE SHIT". They have a clear understanding of whats at stake before they make certain decisions, they think precisely to avoid reckless situations. So when someone is quick to call themselves a thug....let em .....cuz being a thug is not waz up...being a gangsta is waz up....so my question to you is......are you a thug or a gangsta?

Ladies!!when u get ready to start judging us men on how perverted we are and why we love a nasty girl.. stop, think, and ask yourself ...is he being a pervert ? is he just being a man? or am i just not nasty enough?..thats one thing a dude cant stand...a boring fuck....the phrase "nasty but classy" sums up our perspective of our prototype female. Men are freaks.. by nature...and we cant help the fact that we` re horny 90% of the time.....correction.... 99.9% of the time.... But men , we want to be able to fulfill our wildest fantasies and do it without the thought in the back of our mind of "I hope shes not looking at me like some type of psycho perv". Men like women who can conduct themselves as an intellectual being in any environment and still do some xxx shit behind closed doors . Men like women who avoid drama at all costs but still whip another chick ass if necessary. Ladies..we love your class at all costs but dont be too classy to where its preventing your partner from fulfilling his sexual needs. Dont be too classy to where you`re scared to tell him to try something out of the ordinary .Don`t be too classy to where you don`t want to let him hear a little gag or use a little saliva to make the party a bit more interesting..nah..don`t give it up like that. Us as men we love spontaneity, we love the things we didn`t expect in the bedroom, that`s what gets us open the most! At the same time we dont want to degrade you as women by wanting to try new things in the bedroom,we just want to do things that has us thirsty for more. Being a classy woman is wonderful in the public eye because an articulate intelligent woman always compliments a mans presence and swagger. But do u think homie really cares about how classy you are when yall are both standing there butt ass naked banging the track "doorbell" off that new Trey Songs Passion, Pain, and Pleasure album????do you think he`s thinking about how perfect you sipped your wine and held your steak knife during dinner.????...do you think he`s thinking about how the vocabulary you use in the context of your conversation is equivalent to that of an Oxford or Harvard grad..He dont give a fuck about none of that shit..What he does care about is getting wild and crazy to the point where hes saying "this chick is a monster" in a good way. So ladies...waking up in the morning and asking yourself "did i really do that last night ???" might not be so bad after all... take my advice for what it is...we like em classy....but nasty.
